These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the traveltidygear.co website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2. Purchases
All purchases made through our Service are one-time transactions. When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount specified at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or any product.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, and customs processing.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content of the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
