At HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights regarding refunds and cancellations for products purchased through traveltidygear.co.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order:

  • Contact our support team at support@traveltidygear.co immediately
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  • If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@traveltidygear.co with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RA number clearly on the return package
  5. Ship the item to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131
  6. Retain your return shipping tracking information for your records

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days. If the return is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@traveltidygear.co with photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
