HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC is committed to delivering your travel gear quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, rates, delivery times, and other important information.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $50): 5–8 business days. $7.99 flat rate for orders under $50.
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days. $14.99 flat rate.
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days. $24.99 flat rate.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery address. We reserve the right to change shipping rates at any time.
3. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- United States: All 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Canada: All provinces and territories. Additional duties and taxes may apply.
- United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. VAT may apply.
- Australia: All states and territories. GST may apply.
- Other Countries: Selected European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
4. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status in your account under Order History. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at support@traveltidygear.co. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement. Claims for lost packages may require up to 10 business days for investigation.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If you choose not to reship, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
8. Return Shipping
For returns, items must be shipped to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking information.
9. Holidays & Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods. Please note that our warehouse and shipping partners may have modified schedules on major holidays.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
