Return Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted. The return package must be postmarked within the 30-day window to be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• The item is in its original condition and packaging
• All original tags and labels are attached
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

3. How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to return an item:

1. Contact our support team at support@traveltidygear.co to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
3. Once approved, package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package
5. Ship the item to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131
6. Email your return tracking number to support@traveltidygear.co for our records

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item shipped by us. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item at our return facility:

• We will inspect the item within 3 business days of receipt
• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process. If the desired replacement is available, we will ship it to you once we receive your returned item. If the item is not available, we will issue a full refund instead.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@traveltidygear.co. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
